When joining National Health Insurance
Apply to the National Health Insurance department of the municipality where your certificate of residence is registered within 14 days after leaving employment.
What benefits are available?
Copayments of 30% for costs of medical treatment. You will receive benefits in accordance with the ordinances and rules of each municipality.
How much are the insurance premiums?
Insurance premiums (taxes) are determined by each municipality of residence according to the calculation method for general National Health Insurance insured persons. Pay them yourself to the municipal office. Check with the National Health Insurance department of the municipality where your certificate of residence is registered for more information.
