Specific health checkups, specific health guidance
Persons eligible for specific health checkups
- Insured persons and dependents aged 40-74 during the fiscal year of implementation
* Those turning 75 years during the fiscal year of implementation are eligible through the day before their 75th birthday.
- Not including the following persons:
- (1) Those who joined or withdrew from the Recruit Health Insurance Society during the fiscal year
- (2) Expectant and nursing mothers (expectant mothers and those who gave birth during the fiscal year of implementation)
- (3) Those residing overseas
- (4) Those hospitalized for a lengthy period (six months or longer)
- (5) Those residing in support facilities for persons with disabilities or long-term care insurance facilities
- (6) Prison inmates
Persons eligible for specific health guidance (selection method)
- * Those aged 65-74 will be provided with motivational support even if they are eligible for active support.
