Health consultations
The Recruit Health Insurance Society offers health consultation services for insured persons and their dependents. Consultations are available in person or by telephone.
An external consultation hotline is also available.
All consultation services have implemented thorough measures to protect users’ privacy so that members can use these services with peace of mind.

Mental health support (provided by T-PEC Corporation)
You can use this service to consult on mental health concerns, such as anxiety caused by lack of confidence in your job performance, built-up stress, feeling out of sorts despite the absence of any illness, concerns about marital relations, concerns about interpersonal relationships in the workplace, feeling unmotivated to go to work or school, and conflicts between parents and children.
Mental health counseling
Mental health counseling services are provided by clinical psychologists, mental health social workers, and other professionals. Counseling is available by telephone, on the Web, or in person at 230 facilities nationwide. Online counseling services are available if meeting in person is difficult. In-person counseling is available at no charge up to five times/year per person (both insured persons and dependents). A fee is charged from the sixth session. (Prices vary with the facility.)
