Check in to each fitness center by using the facility’s corporate membership card (name varies by facility).

The required documents differ by sports club. Please carry out the procedure for being issued a corporate membership card after confirming the following.
*Every facility requires a document confirming enrollment in the Recruit Health Insurance Society (Examples: Mynaportal screenshot, Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate, eligibility-information notice, etc.).
* Return your corporate membership card to the fitness center if you lose eligibility as an insured person or dependent.
* If your health insurance card code and number have changed, show your corporate membership card to the fitness center together with your new health insurance card to use the center.
(You may not be able to continue to use the center unless you present the new card.)
