Health consultations
The Recruit Health Insurance Society offers health consultation services for insured persons and their dependents. Consultations are available in person or by telephone.
An external consultation hotline is also available.
All consultation services have implemented thorough measures to protect users’ privacy so that members can use these services with peace of mind.
- * Have your health insurance card ready before making an appointment or inquiry.
Consultations on physical condition, long-term care, and childcare (provided by T-PEC Corporation)
Feel free to use this service to consult on any health-related concerns—for example, if you feel unwell, want to be referred to a medical care institution, or have questions about exercise, diet, medications, long-term care, pregnancy, or childcare. Consultations are handled by public health nurses, registered dietitians, and other professionals.

This service provides referrals and helps make arrangements for second opinions and examinations and treatment at specialized medical care institutions for those diagnosed with cancer or other serious illnesses. - Health consultations in English Details

Highly experienced consultation staff will advise you on health and medical care through three-party calls with interpreters and consultation staff.- * This health consultation service is exclusively for members residing in Japan who wish to consult in the English language.
